Justin and Megan Boeving have called the neighborhood home since 2019. Justin grew up in Pine Bluff, while Megan hails from Bentonville. Both are University of Arkansas graduates and have called Fayetteville home for the last 20 years. Together, they are proud parents to four wonderful children—Elizabeth (14), Justin Jr. (12), Ella (11), and Jimmy (4). The Boevings are an active family, often found throughout Northwest Arkansas enjoying everything from fishing to golfing and from cheer to youth baseball. Justin frequently coaches youth sports and is deeply committed to both local and national philanthropic efforts.
Professionally, Justin is the owner of Socium Advisors, a nationally recognized and highly decorated financial firm consistently ranked among the best by Barron's, Forbes, and other leading publications. He currently serves as Board Chair for the American Cancer Society and is stepping into the same role with the American Heart Association. His firm specializes in personalized financial planning for professional athletes, business owners, and individuals with complex estate and tax planning needs.
Megan plays an equally active role in the community, proudly serving as PTO President at St. Joseph's Catholic School, where their children attend.
Passionate about fostering community connections, Justin is dedicated to building on the strong foundation established by the previous POA board and advancing the neighborhood's shared vision for the future.
The Sebald's have proudly called Dogwood Canyon home since 2018. Brandon has been happily married to his wife, Natalie, for over 10 years and they have three beautiful daughters who are all in the Fayetteville school district. Natalie is an Registered Nurse at Willow Creek Hospital. Brandon is a local entrepreneur that spent over 10 years as a Planet Fitness franchisee opening locations in NW Arkansas and beyond. Brandon exited that business when he and his partners sold that business to private equity in 2022. In 2021 Brandon became a 7 Brew franchisee and is proud to be the largest 7 Brew franchisee in the system.
Brandon and Natalie are active volunteers with the Boys and Girl's club, Children's Hospital Network, and strong supporters of veterans.
Johnathan currently is serving as Arkansas Market President at Sterling Bank. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas, I bring strong foundational knowledge in accounting, complemented by advanced project management and data analysis expertise. My commitment extends beyond my professional endeavors, as evidenced by my volunteer service as a board member for the American Cancer Society. I am eager to bring my financial acumen and leadership experience to a dynamic private-sector role where I can contribute to impactful decision-making and organizational growth.
Johnathan's wife, Amy, is an OBGYN at a local hospital and they have one son, Wesley.
Joseph Hulston has been a resident of Dogwood Canyon for almost 5 years, moving here in early 2020.
He is married to his loving wife, Morgan Hulston. They have three young children, ages 1-3 years old: Annika, Jackson and Julian Hulston.
Hulston is a small business owner and commercial real estate developer.
He owns and operates the local First Watch restaurant franchise, with seven locations in total serving NW Arkansas and SW Missouri.
Prior to moving to Arkansas, Hulston was a commercial real estate broker for CBRE in Newport Beach, California.
He is also a decorated veteran of US Army Special Operations, serving as an Army Ranger infantryman with the 75th Ranger Regiment to three combat deployments to Iraq from 2003-05.
Christy Davis has been a resident of The Estates at Dogwood Canyon for 6 years and has implemented a few tools to keep fellow residents connected and informed. Those tools include the Dogwood Canyon Facebook group, designing email newsletters and notices, and organizing and co-hosting a few neighborhood events with the help of several other residents…Fall Fun Day in November 2021 and two smaller functions in March 2022. She was also very active in her previous 257-member POA assisting the POA board with communications and serving as the Social Committee Chair which involved planning and co-hosting 4 events per year with the help of several volunteers.
She was born in Fort Worth, TX but raised in Mena, AR most of her childhood. After graduating from the University of Arkansas in 2000 with a B.S. in Microbiology, she pursued a career in healthcare sales and marketing while living in Charlotte, NC and Dallas, TX. She and her husband, Brian Barton, have been married for 20 years and decided to move back to Fayetteville in 2017 to put down permanent roots and be close to family. She transitioned to real estate shortly after the move and loves it.
Brian Barton has been a resident of The Estates at Dogwood Canyon for 6 years and has donated a lot of his time and labor to keep the trail, roads, and vacant lots well maintained. In his previous POA, he ensured the common areas were well maintained and assisted with several events per year.
He was born in Akron, OH but raised in Pine Bluff, AR most of his childhood. After graduating from the University of Arkansas in 1997 with a degree in Logistics, he pursued logistics and sales positions while living in Charlotte, NC and Dallas, TX. He and his wife, Christy Davis, have been married for 20 years and decided to move back to Fayetteville in 2017 to put down permanent roots and be close to family. He currently serves as a Regional Sales Manager, covering 8 states, with Wayne Sanderson Farms which is headquartered in Oakwood, GA.
